螺旋CT尿路成像在儿童泌尿系统疾病诊断中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT尿路成像(CTU)在儿童泌尿系统疾病中的临床应用价值,比较各种影像学检查方法在泌尿系疾病中的优势和不足。方法:回顾性分析近两年在我院进行CTU检查的患儿97例,增强CT检查后的所有数据传送至工作站,运用最大密度投影、多平面、曲面以及三维容积重建技术进行后处理,获得全尿路排泄期完整影像。按病种分类,评价CTU对儿童各种泌尿外科疾病的诊断价值。结果:97例患儿中,其中肾积水46例,肾发育畸形25例,肾发育不良11例,肾输尿管结石13例,正常2例。经临床证实、后期随访诊断相符率100%。结论:CTU大大地提高了肾、输尿管及膀胱疾病的诊断准确率,且无创、高效、安全、准确,解决了诊断中的难题,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the clinical application value of multi-slice CT urography(CTU) in urinary system disease, compare various imaging methods in the advantages and disadvantages of urinary diseases.e various imaging methods in the advantages and disadvantages of urinary diseases.Methods Methods Ninty-seven cases of children who presented complete clinical data in our hospital over the past two years,which performed CTU, after enhanced CT examination, all the data sent to the workstation for processing, through the maximum intensity projection(MIP), multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),curved-planar reconstruction(CPR) and three-dimensional volume reconstruction technology, obtain the urinary excretion period complete image.The diagnostic value of CTU for various urological diseases in children was evaluated according to the classification of diseases.s evaluated according to the classification of diseases.Results Results In 97 cases,46 cases were hydronephrosis, 25 cases were renal malformation, 11 cases were renal dysplasia, 13 cases were pyeloureteral calculi,and 2 were normal.It was confirmed by clinical evidence that the follow-up rate was 100%.y clinical evidence that the follow-up rate was 100%.Conclusion Conclusion CTU is greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy of kidney, ureter and bladder disease, and noninvasive, efficient, safe, accurate, solved the difficult problems in the diagnosis, has important clinical value.
