摘要
目的:评估眼眶CT眼、部B超、MRI、超声生物显微镜(UBM)对眼内异物诊断的准确性及价值。MRI、超声生物显微镜(UBM)对眼内异物诊断的准确性及价值。方法:统计从2012年3月至2017年12月在我院收治46例(46眼)初步诊断为眼内异物的临床病例资料,统计致伤因素、影像学检查结果并分析总结。像学检查结果并分析总结。结果:46例异物经手术确诊41例。金属异物31例(75.6%),玻璃异物3例(7.3%),橡胶46异物2例(4.9%),石质性异物2例(4.9%),植物异物2例(4.9%),塑料异物1例(2.4%)。眼眶CT检查,误诊5例,漏诊4例。24例经眼部B超检查,漏诊9例。结论:眼眶CT、B超、MRI、UBM对眼内异物的诊断各有优缺点。多种影像学方法联合应用可提高诊断水平。

The combination of multiple image-related methods can improve the level of diagnosis.
