摘要
肝病严重威胁人类健康。人源化小鼠肝病模型因其拥有人类肝脏组织细胞特点,相比于单纯动物模型在模拟人类肝脏疾病研究方面更有临床意义。本文结合国内外经典研究与研究进展,综述了病毒性肝炎及肝癌的多种人源化小鼠模型,包括异种移植、血清注射、转基因等造模方法,并分析其优缺点及对其应用展望。
Liver diseases threatens human’s health seriously. Compared with general animal models, chimeric mice model of liver diseases has the characteristics of human liver cell and tissue which will has more significance in clinical study.In this review,we will discuss both of classic and current researchs,we reviewed a variety of reliable humanized mice models of viral hepatitis and liver cancer, including the modeling method of xenotransplantation,serum injection and transgenic,taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of these method we discuss the difference of exploit,and we discuss the future direction of development of these mice models.
