DR imaging technology clinical application value

目的:探讨DR成像技术在临床中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析本院2015年4月—2017年7月影像科拍摄的540张DR图像,对图像质量进行统计。结果:统计学分析显示,在540张DR图像中,甲级片有524张(97.04%)、乙级片有13张(2.41%)、丙级片有3张(0.55%)。对3张丙级片所对应的患者情况进行分析,其中2张污影大的原因主要受患者严重营养不良,对拍片条件非常严苛所致,还有一张则是由计算机故障所致。结论:应用DR成像技术操作方便,成像质量较高,具有非常显著的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of DR imaging in clinical practice. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in April 2015 to July 2017, the Department of imaging photography 540 DR images, the image quality statistics. Results Statistical analysis showed that there were 524 sheets(97.04%) of Grade A tablets, 13(2.41%) of Grade B and 3(0.55%) of Grade C in 540 DR images. The analysis of the situation of the patients with three C-slice films was mainly due to the severe malnutrition of the patients, the very serious conditions of the film and the result of the computer failure. Conclusion The use of DR imaging technology is easy to operate, the image quality is high, and it has very significant clinical application value.
