小儿肺炎支原体肺炎X线和CT的临床表现分析

Clinical manifestations of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae X-ray and CT

目的:分析小儿肺炎支原体肺炎应用X线和CT检查的临床表现。方法:选择我院2016年5月—2018年3月收治的85例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,均行X线检查和CT检查,将X线检查结果设为对照组,CT检查结果设为研究组,比较两组诊断结果。结果:研究组诊断符合率90.59%,显著优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度94.12%,显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于X线检查,小儿肺炎支原体肺炎实施CT检查的效果显著,可有效提高诊断符合率,且患者满意度高。

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children with X-ray and CT. Methods We selected 85 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital from May 2016 to March 2018. All patients underwent X-ray examination and CT examination. The X-ray examination results were set as a control group. The CT examination results were set as a study. Group, comparing the diagnostic results of the two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the study group was 90.59%, which was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with X-ray examination, the effect of CT examination in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is significant, and it can effectively improve the diagnostic compliance rate, and the patient satisfaction is high.
