影像学检查增强扫描中造影剂外渗的护理对策探讨

Nursing countermeasures for contrast media extravasation in enhanced imaging examination

目的:分析影像学检查增强扫描中造影剂外渗的护理对策的应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月—12月300例我院收治的造影剂外渗患者分组观察,对照组(136例;常规护理)、研究组(164例,常规护理联合心理护理+并发症护理),对比两组患者的护理满意度,护理前后不良心理评分以及并发症发生率等指标。结果:研究组患者护理满意95.12%高于对照组88.24%,患者护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,并发症发生率3.05%低于对照组8.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:影像学检查增强扫描中造影剂外渗在常规护理同时加强心理护理和并发症护理,对减少患者伤害,提高满意度,改善患者不良心理具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of the nursing countermeasures of contrast media exudation in enhanced scan. Methods 300 cases of contrast media extravasation in our hospital were observed from October 2017 to December. the control group(136 cases;routine nursing Study Group(164 cases, conventional nursing combined with psychological nursing and complications, nursing satisfaction) were compared between two groups before and after nursing, psychological score and complication rate index. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.12%% higher than that of the control group 88.24%, the anxiety score and the depression score of the patients after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group, the complication rate was 3.05%, which was lower than that of the control group 8.82%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast enhanced extravasation in routine enhanced nursing is of great importance in reducing psychological damage and improving patient satisfaction.
