64排螺旋CT肺CTPA成像低剂量造影剂的应用效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:在临床上观察利用64排螺旋CT肺CTPA成像低剂量造影剂的效果。方法:选择2015年5月—2016年6月来我医院治疗的90例肺动脉栓塞患者,按照对比剂剂量的不同以及管电压的不同,将90例患者分为三个组别,即:A、B、C组,患者例数各为30例,分析采用不同剂量造影剂成像后的断面图像。结果:通过CTPA影像来评定不同剂量造影剂后图像质量,经观察通过图像质量并无明显的差异性;通过对肺动脉主干以及分支血管内浓度的评价与测量其CT值,观察结果均为良好。低剂量组血管内部浓度维持着较高的水平上,在统计学上同较高剂量组比较并不存在明显性差异,三组图像均可以达到诊断所需要求。结论:利用64排螺旋CT肺动脉血管成图像后,对所注射的造影剂量减少后,并不会降低所诊断的质量,值得临床上推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of low-dose contrast medium using 64 slice spiral CT lung CTPA imaging.Methods 90 cases of pulmonary embolism treated in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2016 were divided into three groups according to the different dosage of contrast agent and the difference of tube voltage, that is, group A, B and C, and the number of patients was 30 cases. Results The image quality of different doses of contrast agents was evaluated by CTPA images. There was no significant difference in the quality of images through observation. The results were good by evaluating and measuring the CT value of the concentration of the pulmonary artery and the intravascular intravascular concentration. In the low dose group, the blood vessel internal concentration was maintained at a high level, and there was no significant difference compared with the higher dose group. The three group images could meet the requirements of the diagnosis. Conclusion After using 64 rows of spiral CT pulmonary arteries into images, the reduced dose of the injected angiography will not reduce the quality of the diagnosis. It is worthy of clinical application.
