胃超声造影在功能性消化不良的诊断分析

Diagnosis and analysis of gastric ultrasound in functional dyspepsia

目的:分析胃超声造影在功能性消化不良的诊断效果。方法:选取我院2016年2月—2018年2月期间收治的功能性消化不良患者70例、同期健康志愿者70例进行分组研究,分别为观察组和对照组,均进行胃超声造影系统化检查,比较两组对象检测结果。结果:观察组患者第10分钟、45分钟胃体前后最大直径缩小率均显著小于对照组研究对象;观察组患者胃部蠕动波的平均频率为(1.01±1.32)次/分钟,对照组研究对象胃部蠕动波的平均频率为(5.03±2.25)次/分钟,组间比较,差异显著(t=12.89;P=0.00)。结论:胃超声造影在功能性消化不良的诊断效果显著,能为疾病诊断提供科学的特异性病变依据。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of gastric contrast echocardiography in functional dyspepsia.Methods 70 patients with functional dyspepsia and 70 healthy volunteers during the period from February 2016 to February 2018 were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.All the patients were examined by the systematic examination of the gastric ultrasound contrast,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The reduction rate of the maximum diameter of the stomach before and after tenth minutes and 45 minutes in the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group.The average frequency of the gastric peristaltic waves in the observation group was(1.01±1.32)times/minutes,the average frequency of the gastric peristaltic wave in the control group was(5.03±2.25)times per minute,and the difference between the groups was different.Significant(t=12.89 P=0.00).Conclusion The effect of gastric contrast enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of functional dyspepsia is significant,and it can provide scientific and specific basis for disease diagnosis.
