Objective To explore the factors influencing the time of head and neck CTA aorta. Methods Retrospective analysis of the scanning parameters of 600 patients with no abnormal head and neck CT angiography in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018, using independent sample t-test and single factor correlation analysis of the patient’s gender, age, weight, height, heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, body mass index(BMI), weight, dose and the influence of scanning position to reach the peak time. Results There was no significant difference between the head and the CTA aorta of the neck(P >0.05). CTA aorta of female patients was faster than that of male patients(P<0.05). Patients with head and neck CTA aorta reaches the peak time and the weight, height, diastolic blood pressure and body mass index were positively correlated(P < 0.05), and the patient’s age, heart rate and systolic blood pressure and weight dose not related(P > 0.05). Conclusion CTA inspection result without changing the geomagnetic, patients’ gender, weight, height, diastolic blood pressure and bmi are the main factors of patients with head and neck CTA aortic tmax, in patients with head and neck CTA, can according to body mass index in patients with proper regulation and dose of contrast medium injection weight to extend the time of scanning, to use the minimum contrast agents to obtain the best diagnostic image effect.
