将肺孤立性实性病变的MRI扩散成像(DWI)与MSCT诊断价值进行比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究肺孤立性实性病变患者运用MRI扩散成像(DWI)与MSCT诊断的应用价值。方法:选取在2016年1月—2018年1月我院收治的84例肺孤立性实性病变患者,根据随机分组原则划分为观察组(DWI诊断)和对照组(MSCT诊断)各42人。所有患者均经病理及手术证实,分析观察两组诊断检出率情况。结果:与对照组患者诊断检出率(88.10%)相比,观察组诊断检出率(85.71%)与其差异不明显(P> 0.05)。结论:肺孤立性实性病变患者运用MRI扩散成像(DWI)与MSCT诊断的应用价值均较显著,均存在较高的诊断准确率,可以进行积极普及推广。
