鞍旁海绵状血管瘤的MR诊断

The value of MR in cavernous sinus hemangioma(CSH)diagnosis

目的:评估磁共振成像在鞍旁海绵状血管瘤(cavernous sinus hemangioma CSH)诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析南京脑科医院自2009年6月—2018年3月期间收治的9例术后病理确诊为鞍旁海绵状血管瘤患者的资料,所有病例均作T1WI、T2WI、DWI、增强检查。结果:本组9例均为外大内小横置葫芦状T1WI等稍低信号、T2WI明显高信号、DWI稍低信号、增强显著均匀强化或不均匀的渐进性强化。结论:磁共振成像诊断鞍旁海绵状血管瘤有较高价值。

Objective To discuss the value of MR in cavernous sinus hemangioma(CSH)diagnosis.Methods Analyzing the 9 patients MR images of CSH,then analyzed the results.Results In this group,9 cases were all horizontal dumbbell-shaped,T1WI were low signal,T2WI were obvious high signal,DWI were equal or low signal,enhanced were uniform enhancement or uneven progressive enhancement.Conclusion MR are good choices in the diagnosis of CSH.
