乳腺疾病诊断中磁共振动态增强检查技术的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:针对乳腺疾病临床诊断中应用磁共振动态增强检查的作用进行初步探讨。方法:收集40例采用磁共振动态增强检查技术诊断乳腺疾病的患者有关资料,对诊断结果及动态增强磁共振征象进行分析研究。结果:有12例患者为乳腺癌,20例患者为乳腺良性疾病,准确性为80%、特异性为76%、敏感性为85.6%。临床患者在医学影像、同侧腋窝淋巴结表现、皮下脂肪间隙、周边血管及初期病灶增强性等方面,乳腺良性疾病和乳腺癌患者存在的差异具有统计意义(P <0.05)。结论:磁共振动态增强检查技术在临床中应用于诊断乳腺疾病,在疾病确诊准确性、敏感性及特异性等方面的优势比较明显,对乳腺疾病分型的良恶性具有重要临床应用价值。
