探讨低辐射剂量和低对比剂剂量CT肺血管造影术在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨低辐射剂量和低对比剂剂量CT肺血管造影术对肺动脉栓塞诊断的影响。方法:选取2016月—2017年6月期间在我院接受治疗的肺栓塞患者90例。将90例患者按照不同对比剂剂量及不同管电压随机分为A、B、C三组,各30例,A组50ml对比剂+30ml生理盐水,管电压120kv;B组40ml对比剂+30ml生理盐水,管电压100kv;C组:30ml对比剂+30ml生理盐水,管电压80kv。通过三组图像成像效果对比低辐射剂量和低对比剂剂量CT肺血管造影术对肺动脉栓塞的影响。结果:三组实验中共有57例患者经过图像成像确诊为肺栓塞,三组CTPA扫描计量参数包括管电压、CTDIvol、DLP、ED、对比剂计量。图像质量差异无明显统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:低辐射剂量和低对比剂剂量CT肺动脉造影术可达到准确确诊肺动脉栓塞,并可以减少辐射以及使用对比剂给患者带来的伤害。 Objective To investigate the effect of low dose and low contrast dose CT pulmonary angiography on the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods 90 patients with pulmonary embolism treated in our hospital from 2016 to June 2017 were selected. 90 patients were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups according to different contrast dose and different tube voltage, each 30 cases, A group 50 ml contrast agent +30 ml physiological saline, 120 kv of tube voltage, B group 40 ml contrast agent +30 ml saline, tube voltage 100 kV;C group: 30 contrast agent, saline, tube electrical pressure. The effects of low-dose radiation and low contrast dose CT pulmonary angiography on pulmonary embolism were compared by experiment. Results The number of pulmonary thromboembolism in the three groups was 21(70%), 14(46.67%), 8(16.67%)respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low radiation dose and low contrast dose CT pulmonary arteriography can achieve accurate diagnosis of pulmonary embolism, and can reduce radiation and use contrast agent to bring the injury to the patient.
