Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of two-dimensional and dynamic three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound in perineal pelvic organ prolapse. Methods 83 patients with suspected pelvic organ prolapse in our department from February 2016 to April 2018 were divided into two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound group and two-dimensional ultrasound group. The two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound group used the perineal dynamic two-dimensional、three-dimensional basin. Bottom ultrasound examination, two-dimensional ultrasound group using perineal two-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound examination. Explore the effects of different ultrasound diagnostics on sensitivity, accuracy and specificity. Results The dynamic two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound was significantly higher than the two-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound(90.67%, 85.54%, 37.50%)in sensitivity(100.00%), accuracy(98.80%), and specificity(87.50% P<0.05). Conclusion When the perineal dynamical two-dimension combined with three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound is applied to the diagnosis of female pelvic organ prolapse, it can accurately diagnose the disease and judge the pelvic floor function, which provides a powerful guarantee for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. This method is worthy of application and promotion.
