Operation and nursing of transdermal vertebral body formation under g-arm X-ray machine

目的:总结G形臂引导下经皮椎体成形术的手术配合方法及体会,为今后的护理工作提供经验。方法:回顾性分析2017年11月—2018年3月我院收治的60例老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者施行经皮椎体成形手术的护理临床资料。结果:所有患者术中生命体征平稳,术中无1例出现与护理有关的并发症。结论:手术室护士熟练掌握经皮椎体成形手术操作过程,熟悉G形臂与手术床使用,与手术医生密切配合是该手术成功完成的重要保障。

Objective To summarize the operative cooperation methods and experience of percutaneous vertebroplasty guided by G arm guidance, and to provide experience for nursing work in the future. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of senile thoracolumbar compression fractures treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty in our hospital in November 2017-March 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients had stable vital signs and no complications related to nursing were found in 1 cases. Conclusion It is an important guarantee for operation room nurses to master the operation process of percutaneous vertebroplasty, and to be familiar with the use of G-shaped arm and operating bed, cooperate closely with operating doctors.
