超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在乳腺肿块早期中的临床应用价值及对钙化和血流情况分析

Clinical value of ultrasound guided percutaneous needle biopsy in early stage of breast mass and analysis of calcification and blood flow

目的:分析超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在乳腺肿块早期中的临床应用价值及对钙化和血流情况。方法:选取本院收治的120例早期乳腺肿块患者,均分两组,观察组实施超声引导下粗针穿刺活检,对照组实施超声诊断。结果:观察组早期乳腺肿块患者的检出率、漏诊率、误诊率、敏感度和特异性优于对照组。结论:超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在早期乳腺肿块患者中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound guided percutaneous needle biopsy in early stage of breast mass and its calcification and blood flow. Methods 120 cases of early breast lumps in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. The observation group was guided by ultrasound guided rough needle biopsy, and the control group was diagnosed by ultrasound. Results The early detection rate, missed diagnosis rate, misdiagnosis rate, sensitivity and specificity of the observation group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided needle biopsy is of high value in early breast cancer patients.
