低场0.35T磁共振在膝关节创伤中的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:讨论低场0.35T磁共振对于膝关节创伤中的诊断价值。方法:选取2016年11月至2017年10月我院骨科收治的膝关节创伤患者100例。按照随即表法分为观察组与对照组;观察组患者采用低场0.35T磁共振手段对患部进行检查,对照组采用X线检查患部;观察两组两组患者伤部影像学,并分析其特点。结果:观察组患者采用低场0.35T磁共振检测伤部的正确率要高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者关节腔积液检出率要显著高于对照组(χ~2=47.538,P <0.05);骨髓水肿检出率观察组显著高于对照组(χ~2=38.71,P <0.05);观察组半月板损伤隐秘性骨折检出率要显著高于对照组(χ~2=52.12,P<0.05);观察组韧带损伤检出率要显著高于对照组(χ~2=25.835,P<0.05)。结论:低场0.35T磁共振对于膝关节受伤患者具有更高的确诊率,能帮助医护人员在临床中很好的判断患者病情,医护人员应该根据患者实际情况合理的使用。 Objectives To discuss the diagnostic value of low field 0.35 T MRI in knee joint trauma.Methods From November 2016 to October 2017, 100 patients with knee joint trauma were treated in our orthopedic department. The patients in the observation group were examined by low-field 0.35 T magnetic resonance imaging, the patients in the control group were examined by X-ray, and the imaging features of the injured part were observed and analyzed.Results The correct rate of low field 0.35 T magnetic resonance imaging in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)The detection rate of joint cavity effusion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ~2=47.538,P<0.05)The detection rate of bone marrow edema in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the(χ~2=38.71,P<0.05)The detection rate of meniscus injury covert fracture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ~2=52.12,P<0.05)The detection rate of ligament injury in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.(χ~2=25.835,P<0.05).Conclusion Low field 0.35 T magnetic resonance imaging has a higher diagnostic rate for patients with knee joint injury, which can help medical staff to judge the patient’s condition in clinic, and the medical staff should use it reasonably according to the actual situation of the patients.
