摘要
肝癌是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤,很多患者发现时已经进入了中晚期,失去了根治性手术的机会。随着医学影像学科的不断发展,肝癌的微创治疗逐渐成为临床上常规的治疗方法。常见的消融方法有射频法和微波法,其中射频消融因方法简单、创伤小、操作者依赖性低等优点收到临床医生和患者的广泛认可。该技术的核心在于对肿瘤的准确定位及消融后的评价,本文就超声在肝癌消融治疗中的应用做一综述。
Liver cancer is a common clinical malignant tumor, many patients have been found in the middle and late, lost the opportunity of radical surgery. With the continuous development of medical imaging, minimally invasive treatment of liver cancer has gradually become a routine clinical treatment. Common ablation methods include radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation, among which radiofrequency ablation has been widely recognized by clinicians and patients due to its advantages of simple method, small trauma and low operator dependence. The core of this technique lies in the accurate localization of tumor and the evaluation after ablation. This paper reviews the application of ultrasound in the ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma.
