48例肥厚性心肌患者的超声心动图与动态心电图临床分析要点构架

Echocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram of 48 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were analyzed

目的:对超声心动图与动态心动图检查在肥厚性心肌患者中的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法:以2016年1月—2018年3月在我院接受治疗的48例肥厚性心肌患者作为研究对象,对患者分别行超声心动图与动态心动图检查,对比两种检查结果。结果:室间隔肥厚梗阻的室速、房颤发生率明显提高,QT间隔延长,且有8例发生晕厥,与其他组相比差异显著(P <0.05)。结论:超声心动图与动态心动图检查在肥厚性心肌患者的检查过程中均具有重要的应用价值,可以更好的了解患者的心房情况,降低误诊的发生率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective The echocardiography and dynamic cardiogram examination in patients with hypertrophic myocardium paper discusses the application of value.Methods From January 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital for treatment of 48 patients with hypertrophic myocardium as the research object, the patients were separately echocardiography and dynamic cardiogram examination, compared to two kinds of tests.Results Ventricular septal hypertrophy obstruction of ventricular tachycardia obviously increase the incidence of atrial fibrillation, QT interval extension, and there are 8 cases of syncope, significant difference compared with the other groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Both echocardiography and dynamic echocardiography have important application value in the examination process of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which can better understand the patients’ atrial conditions, reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and have high clinical application value.
