数字乳腺断层摄影技术在乳腺癌诊断中的价值的初探 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研讨数字乳腺断层摄影(DBT)技术对乳腺癌的筛查价值。方法:对2014年1月—2015年3月经我院活检或手术病理确诊为乳腺肿块的108例患者的DBT、全数字化乳腺X线摄影(FFDM)检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果:108例患者共计130处病变。DBT对非致密型腺体的检查准确性、敏感性、特异性、阳性/阴性预测值与FFDM相比,差异不显著(P> 0.05);对于致密型腺体良恶性的判断,DBT准确性、特异性较FFDM高,比较差异显著(P <0.05),但敏感性、阳性/阴性预测值相比,两者差异均不显著(P> 0.05)。结论:DBT技术操作简便、无创,并且与FFDM相比,该影像技术对致密型乳腺腺体的筛查准确性、特异性均较占优势,值得加强推广。 Objective To study the value of digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT) in the screening of breast cancer. Methods From January in 2014 to March in 2015, fully digital breast X-ray photography(FFDM) inspection data of 108 patients diagnosed with breast tumors of DBT from biopsy or surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 130 lesions were found in 108 patients. Compared with FFDM, the examining accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive/negative predictive value on non dense glands of DBT, no significant difference(P > 0.05). Compared with FFDM, For the judgment of dense type gland benign and malignancy, DBT accuracy, specificity were high, is quite significant difference(P < 0.05), but the sensitivity, positive/negative predictive value, and the differences were not significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion DBT technology is simple, noninvasive, and compared with FFDM, the image technology of dense type of mammary gland screening accuracy and specificity is dominant, is worth popularizing to strengthen.
