探讨超声造影在乳腺癌早期鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值

To explore the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in early differential diagnosis of breast cancer

目的:分析在乳腺癌早期鉴别诊断中选取超声造影检查的临床价值。方法:纳入目标为60例乳腺癌患者(总共包括70个病灶),选取样本时间即为2016年8月—2018年10月期间,均开展术前超声弹性成像检查以及术前实施超声造影检查,诊断金标准即为病理检查结果,依据超声造影五分法和改良五分法评估病灶,比较以及计算两种方法诊断对乳腺癌的诊断效果。结果:60例乳腺癌患者70个病灶经检查显示有37个恶性病灶、33个良性病灶,超声造影检查对比超声弹性成像检查乳腺癌患者的特异性、灵敏性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值,P> 0.05,数据之间不存在统计学意义。结论:使用超声弹性成像检查、超声造影检查于乳腺癌诊断中存在类似的效果,虽然不存在显著诊断差异,但存在互补的临床作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound contrast examination in early differential diagnosis of breast cancer. Mehods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer(including a total of 70 lesions) were enrolled. The samples were taken from August 2016 to October 2018. All patients underwent preoperative ultrasound elastography and preoperative ultrasound contrast examination. The diagnostic gold standard is the result of pathological examination. The lesions are evaluated according to the contrast-enhanced five-point method and the improved five-point method. The diagnostic methods for the diagnosis of breast cancer are compared and calculated. Results Seventy lesions of 60 breast cancer patients showed 37 malignant lesions and 33 benign lesions. Ultrasonography was used to compare the specificity, sensitivity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative of breast cancer patients. Predicted values, P>0.05, there was no statistical significance between the data. Conclusions The use of ultrasound elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography has similar effects in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Although there is no significant diagnostic difference, there is a complementary clinical effect.
