特殊患者核磁共振检查的护理

目的:探讨研究特殊患者行核磁共振检查的护理应用。方法:回顾性分析我院于2016年9月—2017年9月期间收治的60特殊患者核磁共振检查资料。给予不同情况患者针对性采取对应护理干预。结果:研究发现针对不同情况患者采取有效护理干预,患者能积极配合检查,检查中情绪虽有所波动但较快稳定下来,可顺利进行核磁共振检查。结论:对不同情况特殊患者采用相应护理干预方式可有效配合核磁共振检查,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the application of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in special patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of the MRI data of 60 patients admitted to our hospital between September 2016 and September 2017 was performed. Patients were given different situations to take targeted care interventions. Results The study found that effective interventions were applied to patients in different situations, and patients were able to actively cooperate with the examination. Although the emotions in the examination were fluctuated but stabilized quickly, the MRI examination could be performed smoothly. Conclusion The corresponding nursing interventions for special patients in different situations can effectively cooperate with MRI examination, which is worthy of clinical application.
