乳腺良恶性病灶的影像学鉴别及诊断分析

Imaging identification and diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions

目的:研究分析影像学鉴别和诊断乳腺良恶性病灶的临床效果。方法:选取我院接受乳腺疾病治疗的病患100例,并将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例病患,给予对照组病患采用钼靶进行诊断和鉴别,给予研究组病患采用MRI进行诊断和鉴别,将临床手术病理组织结果作为金标准,对比两组病患良恶性乳腺的诊断率,为临床提供较为可靠的手术依据。结果:和病理组织对比,研究组病患的诊断良恶性乳腺病患的特异性、敏感性以及准确性都明显高于对照组病患。结论:在鉴别和诊断乳腺良恶性病灶是采用MRI技术,其具有较高的特异性、敏感性以及准确性,与临床医生积极沟通,为临床手术术式选择提供依据,保障患者术后生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effects of imaging in the diagnosis and diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods The patients in the control group were diagnosed and identified with molybdenum target. The patients in the group were diagnosed and identified by MRI. The clinical surgical pathological results were used as the gold standard. The diagnostic rates of the benign and malignant mammary glands in the two groups of patients were compared, providing a more reliable surgical basis for the clinic. Results Compared with pathological tissue, the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast disease in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion MRI technique is used to identify and diagnose benign and malignant breast lesions. It has high specificity, sensitivity and accuracy. It actively communicates with clinicians and provides a basis for the selection of clinical surgical procedures to ensure postoperative quality of life.
