探讨经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值

To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:研究经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值。方法:选取2015年4月-2018年年4月我院接收的宫外孕患者98例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。对照组实施经腹部超声检查,观察组实施经阴道超声检查,分析其超声图表现并对比两组诊断符合率。结果:观察组诊断结果显示宫外妊娠阳性率为97.96%(48/49),而对照组宫外妊娠阳性检出率为89.80%(44/49)。观察组诊断符合率为95.92%(47/49)显著高于对照组85.71%(42/49),组间对比差异有统计学意义P <0.05)。结论:在宫外孕的诊断中应用经阴道超声检查相比经腹部超声检查更加准确,对于患者的早期诊断及治疗有着极为重要的临床意义,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Select 98 cases of ectopic pregnancy received by our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 49 cases in each group. The control group underwent transabdominal ultrasonography. The observation group underwent transvaginal ultrasonography. The ultrasonographic findings were analyzed and the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups was compared. Results The diagnostic results of the observation group showed that the positive rate of extrauterine pregnancy was 97.96%(48/49), while the positive rate of extrauterine pregnancy in the control group was 89.80%(44/49). The diagnostic coincidence rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.92%, 47/49, 85.71%, 42/49), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography is more accurate than transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. It has very important clinical significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of patients and is worthy of promotion.
