摘要
目的:分析探究产前超声检查胎儿心脏异常与染色体异常之间的关系。方法:以2010年2月—2017年2月在我院进行产前超声检查的3400例胎儿心脏检查诊断结果与染色体核型分析报告,探究胎儿心脏异常结果与染色体核型分析结果之间的关联性。结果:接受产前超声检查的3400例孕妇中,超声结果显示有204名(6%)孕妇的胎儿出现心脏异常现象,其余3196名(94.13%)孕妇未见胎儿有心脏异常问题。分析染色体核型结果示128名(3.76%)孕妇胎儿的染色体核型异常。心脏异常者发生染色体异常的概率(19.61%;40/204)显然高于无染色体异常的概率(2.75%,88/3196),它们之间的相对危险值是7.091,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。128名异常染色体核型中最常见的就是18-三体(43名;1.26%)与21-三体(38名;1.11%)。结论:胎儿心脏异常患儿发生染色体异常概率相对较高,产前超声检查如若胎儿出现心脏异常现象时建议及时实行进一步染色体筛查。
Objective To analyze the relationship between fetal heart abnormality and chromosomal abnormality in prenatal ultrasonography. Methods From February 2010 to February 2017 in our hospital for prenatal ultrasound examination of 3400 cases of fetal heart examination diagnosis and chromosome karyotype analysis, to explore the abnormal fetal heart correlation between the results and chromosome karyotype analysis. Results 3400 cases of pregnant women for prenatal ultrasound examination of the ultrasound results show that there are 204 pregnant women(6%) of fetal cardiac anomalies, the rest of the 3196 pregnant women(94.13%) did not find out the abnormal fetal heart problems. Chromosomal karyotype abnormalities were found in 128 pregnant women(3.76%). The incidence of chromosomal abnormalities in children with cardiac abnormalities was 19.61%. 40/204) was significantly higher than the probability of no chromosomal abnormalities(2.75%,88/3196), and the relative risk between them was 7.091, with statistically significant differences(P <0.01). The most common result of 128 abnormal chromosome karyotypes was 18-trisomy(43). 1.26%) and 21-trisomy(38);1.11%). Conclusion The incidence of chromosomal abnormality is relatively high in children with fetal heart abnormality. It is recommended to carry out further chromosome screening in time if fetal heart abnormality occurs during prenatal ultrasound examination.
