MRI常规序列结合3D TOF-MRA技术对烟雾病的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析磁共振成像(MRI)常规序列结合三维时间飞跃磁共振血管成像(3DTimeOfFlight-MRA,3D TOF-MRA)对烟雾病(MMD)的应用价值。方法:对28例MMD患者行颅脑MRI平扫及3DTOF-MRA,分析MMD的成像技术及影像学特点。结果:横断面快速自旋回波序列(FSE-XLT2WI)、横断面反转恢复序列(T1flair)、横断面流体抑制反转恢复序列(T2flair)及扩散加权成像(DWI)是MRI诊断本病重要的扫描序列;MRI共检出软化灶16处、脑梗死灶12处,梗死合并出血5处。MRA捡查颅内动脉环及颈内动脉狭窄或闭塞,远端分支血管减少。结论:MRI结合3D TOF-MRA序列是诊断MMD的重要捡查方法。
