超微血管显像技术用于斑块内新生血管检测中的可行性探究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨超微血管显像技术用于斑块内新生血管检测中的可行性。方法:采用回顾性方法分析,选取我院自2014年2月—2018年2月的86例动脉粥样斑块患者的临床资料,给予超微血管显像技术检查斑块内新生血管部位、形态及数量,进行对比研究。结果:86例动脉粥样斑块患者中共检测出89个斑块。超微血管现象技术检查出:低回声41例,等回声25例,混合回声22例。结论:采用超微血管显像技术可动态反映斑块内新生血管的发展情况,从而为其诊断提供参考依据,值得临床推广应用。
