评价双排螺旋CT脑灌注成像在脑梗死诊断中的价值

摘要 目的:研究双排螺旋CT脑灌注成像在脑梗死诊断中的价值。方法:选取我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的30例疑似脑梗死患者为研究对象,给予双排螺旋CT脑灌注成像技术,处理图像后,观察其脑血流量、脑血容量及平均通过时间等方面与正常水平之间的差异。结果:30例疑似脑梗死患者经检测后发现,其确诊为脑梗死患者为26例,4例表现为暂时性缺血,CT平扫发现,10例存在低密度灶,检出率为86.7%,CTP检出率显著高于CT平扫,CBV、CBF、MTT参数明显低于对侧,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:双排螺旋CT脑灌注成像在脑梗死诊断过程中拥有较高的临床诊断价值,能够准确观察脑血流动力学变化,敏感度更高,有助于临床上进行早期治疗选择,值得推广。 Objective To study the value of double row spiral CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods 30 suspected cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research object,and two row spiral CT cerebral perfusion imaging was given.After processing the images,the difference between the cerebral blood flow,the brain blood volume and the average passing time was observed.Results 30 patients with suspected cerebral infarction were found to have 26 cases of cerebral infarction,4 cases with transient ischemia,CT plain scan,10 cases with low density,the detection rate was 86.7%,and the detection rate of CTP was significantly higher than that of CT plain scan.The parameters of CBV,CBF and MTT were significantly lower than that of the contralateral side,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion double slice spiral CT cerebral perfusion imaging has a high clinical diagnostic value in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.It can accurately observe the changes of cerebral hemodynamics and is more sensitive.It is helpful for the early treatment selection in clinical.It is worth popularizing.
