胃肠超声助显剂诊断胃部疾病的可行性研究

A feasibility study on the diagnosis of gastric diseases by ultrasonography

目的 :研究探讨胃肠超声助显剂诊断胃部疾病的可行性。方法 :方便选取2015年5月—2018年5月期间在该院接受胃肠超声检查的患者800例作为研究对象,均在检查前口服有回声助显剂,随后在胃肠充盈状态下给予超声检查,将检查结果跟手术病理检查结果进行对比,来进行诊断符合率的计算。结果 :对所有患者进行胃肠超声检查,共检查出686例患有胃部疾病的患者,检出阳性率达到了95.4%。此外炎性病变的检出率较之于其它类型胃病有了显著的提升(P <0.05)。就未经检查跟手术病理检查结果作为依据,得出本次研究中胃肠超声造影的总符合率达到了95.6%。结论 :在胃肠疾病的诊断中,使用超声助显剂,无创、无放射性,简便易行,对胃壁各层结构可清晰显示,对胃壁增厚的敏感性高,可提高病灶的检出率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the feasibility of gastroenteric ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastric diseases. Methods 800 patients who were examined by gastrointestinal ultrasound in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects. Results According to the results of gastroscopy or surgery and pathology, the coincidence rate of diagnosis was calculated. Gastric dodecgut reflux, parenchymal space occupying lesion, There were 686 cases of gastric diseases including gastric prolapse, hiatal hernia of esophagus, extragastric lesion and varicose gastric fundus. The positive rate was 95.44.The positive rate of inflammatory lesions was the highest. It was significantly higher than that of other types of gastric diseases(P<0.05). According to the results of gastroscopy or pathology, the total coincidence rate of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound was 95.6%. Conclusion In the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases, ultrasound aids are used, non-invasive, non-radioactive, simple and easy to perform. The structure of gastric wall can be clearly displayed, and the sensitivity to gastric wall thickening is high. It is worth popularizing clinical application to improve the detection rate of lesions.
