探究肝硬化结节与微小肝癌应用彩超诊断与鉴别的效果

Exploring the effect of color Doppler diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cirrhotic nodules and micro-hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:将彩超用于肝硬化和微小肝癌中,对其诊断及鉴别效果进行评价。方法 :对我院收治的26例肝硬化结节患者及27例微小肝癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者进行彩超诊断及鉴别,对其诊断、鉴别效果进行评价。结果:肝硬化结节与微小肝癌血流速度、血流量、肝动脉直径各项指标均存在明显差异(P <0.05);肝硬化结节可见粗大结节,呈不规律或细小规则,结节周边有增高回声,低回声区域,可见小血管分布,未见血流信号、彩超能量成像。微小肝癌病灶结节数量较少,直径不超过2厘米,多数表现为低回声、单发病灶,呈圆形,边界清晰,结节周边有不均匀回声、丰富的血流信号,内部血流信号显示为条状、彩色,可见彩超能量成像。结论:彩超用于肝硬化结节与微小肝癌中诊断及鉴别价值较高,可明确病变位置、病灶数量、大小、形态、边界等,且操作简便、无创,重复性较好,可为临床诊治提供有力依据,值得临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and differentiation of color Doppler ultrasound in cirrhosis and small liver cancer.Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with cirrhotic nodules and 27 patients with microhepatic cancer admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed and identified by color Doppler ultrasound, and their diagnosis and differentiation were evaluated.Results There were significant differences in blood flow velocity, blood flow, and hepatic artery diameter between the cirrhotic nodules and the small hepatocellular carcinoma(P < 0.05). Cirrhotic nodules are large and large, irregular or fine, with increased echoes around the nodules and hypoechoic areas. Small blood vessels can be seen, and no blood flow signal or color ultrasound energy imaging can be seen. The number of small liver cancer lesions is small, the diameter is less than 2 cm, most of them are hypoechoic, single lesions, round, clear borders, uneven echoes around the nodules, abundant blood flow signals, internal blood flow signals Displayed as strips, color, visible color ultrasound energy imaging.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is valuable for the diagnosis and differentiation of liver cirrhosis nodules and small liver cancer. It can identify the location of lesions, the number, size, shape and boundary of lesions. It is easy to operate, non-invasive and reproducible. It can be used for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Provide a strong basis and worthy of clinical application.
