实时灰阶超声造影在诊断肾动脉狭窄中的临床应用价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨实时灰阶超声造影在诊断肾动脉狭窄中的临床应用。方法:选择25例(30条肾动脉)怀疑肾动脉患者肾动脉开展超声造影及数字减影血管造影检查。且超声造影以血管狭窄处的直径来判断肾动脉狭窄程度。以数字减影血管造影检查(DAS)为金标准,判断超声造影(CEUS)与其判断结果的一致性。结果:超声造影与数字减影血管造影检查一致性系数Kappa值为0.739(P <0.01)。结论:实时灰阶超声造影属于无辐射性且检验迅速的影像学检验方式之一,在肾动脉狭诊断及狭窄程度诊断中具有显著应用意义。
