320排CT去金属伪影技术在颅内动脉瘤术后CTA中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨320排CT去金属伪影技术在颅内动脉瘤术后CTA中的应用。方法:选取我院颅内动脉瘤行弹簧圈栓塞术或者动脉瘤夹闭术的患者25例作为研究对象。所选患者据采用东芝320排CT溶剂扫描,行颅内动脉CTA。对检测图像进行分析,将图像分为去伪影前组和去伪影后组。分别测量两组图像中动脉瘤弹簧圈栓塞的位置,并在周围软组织伪影严重处测量相应的CT值。所有结果均由两位高年资放射科医师进行三维重建,评价图像质量。结果:所选25例患者在术后三个月随访时,均行颅内动脉瘤CTA检查,经过图像分析处理,结果得出去伪影后的图像质量评分明显高于去伪影前的图像,差异显著有统计学意义(P <0.05);而去伪影后不会影响到图像的重建。检测两组图像动脉瘤周围软组织以及动脉瘤体的CT值,显示去伪影后周围软组织CT值明显小于去伪影前的CT值,组间差异显著有统计学意义(P <0.05);而动脉瘤体CT值在去伪影前后差异不显著无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:采用320排CT去金属伪影技术行颅内动脉瘤CTA,可以明显减轻金属伪影,利于更好的显示出栓塞动脉瘤附近的血管以及周围组织,进而对颅内动脉瘤弹簧圈栓塞手术进行准确的诊断及良好的术后评估。
