超声检查在经导管主动脉瓣置换术中的检查效果及临床治疗指导价值研究

摘要 目的:探讨超声检查在经导管主动脉瓣置换术中的检查效果及临床治疗指导价值。方法:随机选取2016年2月—2018年2月我院收治的三叶式主动脉瓣病变患者30例,所有患者均接受经导管主动脉瓣置换术治疗,采用PhilipsIE33超声心动图诊断仪对其进行超声检查,然后对30例患者术中术后情况进行分析,并对30例患者术前TTE测值与TEE测值、30例患者术前、术后1周、3个月超声随访测值进行统计分析。结果:30例患者术前主动脉窦部高度、主动脉瓣环径、左室流出道内径TTE测值均显著短于TEE测值(P <0.05)。结论:超声检查在经导管主动脉瓣置换术中的检查效果好,临床治疗指导价值高。
