高频超声在糖尿病颈动脉血管粥样硬化斑块诊断中应用效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨高频超声在糖尿病颈动脉血管粥样硬化斑块诊断中应用效果分析。方法:选择60例糖尿病患者为对象(作为研究组),另选取同时间段来院进行体检的60例非糖尿病自愿者为对象(作为对照组)。两组均接受高频超声检查,并比较分析两组检查结果。结果:研究组双侧颈动脉IMT均大于对照组(P <0.05);研究组斑块检出率、总斑块量均高于对照组(P <0.05),研究组以易损斑块类型占比例多,而对照组则以稳定斑块类型占比例多(P <0.05);研究组颈动脉RI、PI均高于对照组,PSV、EDV均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在糖尿病颈动脉血管粥样硬化斑块诊断中应用高频超声的效果确切。
