3.0T磁共振动态增强扫描结合DWI技术在前列腺疾病中的应用

Study on the Diagnostic Value of Dynamic Enhanced 3.0T MRI Combined with DWI in Benign Prostate Diseases

目的:探讨应用3.0T磁共振动态增强扫描结合DWI技术在前列腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法:应用西门子3.0T静音磁共振对临床前列腺疾病患者进行平扫、动态增强扫描及DWI。结果:41例患者,年龄53～87岁,前列腺癌16例,前列腺增生25例。结论:磁共振动态增强扫描结合DWI技术对前列腺疾病的诊断具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance(MRI) dynamic enhancement and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) in the diagnosis of prostatic diseases.Methods Patients with prostate disease were given 3.0T MRI conventional scanning, dynamic rehancement and DWI examination.Results 41 cases of patients 53 to 87 years old, 16 cases of prostate cancer and 25 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia.Conclusion MRI dynamic enhancement and DWI have high application value in the diagnosis of prostatic diseases, and it is helpful to evaluate the biological characteristis of prostate diseases.
