超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery for benign breast tumors

目的:研究分析超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:随机抽取2016年5月—2017年5月住院的100例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,因地制宜地根据每人基本情况的不同均分为对照组、观察组;对照组将采用传统常规切除手术治疗,观察组则将采用超声引导下微创旋切术治疗的方式。一段时间后将两组的治疗效果进行分析比较。结果:观察组患者在手术过程中以及手术之后总体情况要比对照组好的多,两组不良反应对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤有着明显的治疗效果,治疗过程平稳、安全,值得普遍推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery for benign breast tumors. Methods A total of 100 patients with benign breast tumors who were hospitalized from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected according to the local conditions. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the basic conditions of each person. The control group will be treated with traditional conventional resection. The group will be treated with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery. After a period of time, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The overall situation of the observation group was much better than that of the control group during the operation and after the operation. The difference of adverse reactions between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of benign breast tumors has obvious therapeutic effects. The treatment process is stable and safe, and it is worthy of popularization.
