Value analysis of B-ultrasound diagnosis of gastrointestinal perforation

目的:探究B超诊断肠胃穿孔的临床价值,对B超与X线进行进行诊断对比。方法:对我院2015年5月—2017年5月共计40例肠胃穿孔患者采用B超声像图和X线检查对比分析,比较两种手段对肠胃穿孔的诊断价值。结果:B超对诊断肠胃穿孔各项症状有着比X西线更高的准确性,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术者对B超检查的满意程度较X线更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:B超检查对检验胃肠穿孔方面具有准确性较高、误诊率较低的特点,但检测腹腔游离气体的情况不如X线,应对患者具体的临床情况进行B超检查,必要时联合X线或体片,能提高检查结果的精确性。总的来说,B超临床价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical value of B-ultrasound diagnosis of gastrointestinal perforation,and to compare the diagnosis of B-ultrasound and X-ray.Methods A total of 40 patients with gastrointestinal perforation from May 2015 to May 2017 were compared with B-ultrasound image and X-ray examination.The diagnostic value of the two methods for gastrointestinal perforation was compared.Results B-ultrasound had higher accuracy than X-line for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal perforation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgeon’s satisfaction with B-ultrasound was higher than that of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion B-ultrasound has the characteristics of high accuracy and low misdiagnosis rate for testing gastrointestinal perforation.However,the detection of free air in abdominal cavity is not as good as X-ray.B-ultrasound examination should be carried out for the specific clinical situation of patients.Line or body film can improve the accuracy of the inspection results.In general,B-ultrasound has a higher clinical value.
