联合应用颈动脉超声及经颅多普勒超声对缺血性脑卒中的诊断价值 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探究颈动脉超声联合经颅多普勒超声诊断在缺血性脑卒中诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年4月—2018年4月在我院接受治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者48例进行研究,均实施经颅多普勒超声和颈动脉超声进行诊断,而后再联合颈动脉超声诊断,比较单一诊断和联合诊断的灵敏度、漏诊率和特异度、误诊率。结果:联合诊断在灵敏度和特异度方面,均要明显高于经颅多普勒超声诊断和颈动脉超声诊断,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合诊断的漏诊率和误诊率,均要明显低于经颅多普勒超声诊断和颈动脉超声诊断,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:颈动脉超声联合经颅多普勒超声应用在缺血性脑卒中的诊断中,具有较高的准确性,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the value of carotid ultrasound combined with transcranial Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018, 48 patients with ischemic stroke received treatment in our hospital were studied. All patients were diagnosed by transcranial Doppler ultrasound and carotid ultrasound, and then combined with carotid ultrasound. The sensitivity, missed diagnosis rate, specificity and misdiagnosis rate of single diagnosis and combined diagnosis were compared.Results The sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis were significantly higher than those of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and carotid ultrasonography(P<0.05), and the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of combined diagnosis were significantly lower than those of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and carotid ultrasonography. Meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion Carotid ultrasound combined with transcranial Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke, with high accuracy, it is worth promoting the application.
