摘要
近年来随着对肝癌分子机制深入研究,分子靶向治疗成为中晚期肝癌的治疗热点。治疗后肝癌病灶除瘤体直径变化外,常因内部癌细胞坏死活性降低,在CT/MRI表现为低密度的改变,给临床疗效评价带来了困难与挑战,而准确的疗效评价对指导临床治疗非常关键,本文就总结近些年来相关文献报道,对临床常用影像学进行肝癌分子靶向药物治疗的影像学疗效评价进展进行以下分析,为广大医学工作者临床诊疗提供理论依据。
In recent years, molecular targeted therapy has become a hot topic in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). In addition to the changes in tumor diameter, the lesions of hepatocellular carcinoma after treatment are often due to the reduced necrotic activity of internal cancer cells, which is manifested as the change of low density in CT/MRI, which brings difficulties and challenges to clinical efficacy evaluation, and accurate efficacy evaluation is very critical to guiding clinical treatment. This paper summarizes the relevant literature reports in recent years, and analyzes the progress of imaging efficacy evaluation of molecular targeted drug therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in common clinical imaging, so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of medical workers.
