应用速溶胃肠助显剂提高超声对胃溃疡与胃癌的诊断价值

Study the improvement effect of instant gastrointestinal agents in the ultrasonic diagnosis of gastric ulcer and gastric carcinoma

目的:探究应用速溶胃肠助显剂提高超声对胃溃疡与胃癌的诊断价值。方法:研究对象为我院2017年2月—2018年2月收治的89例消化道疾病患者,先给予常规超声诊断,随后嘱咐患者服用500ml速溶胃肠助显剂后再次进行常规超声诊断。探讨应用速溶胃肠助显剂提高超声对胃溃疡与胃癌的诊断价值。结果:使用助显剂后超声的诊断灵敏度、准确度、特异度(97.37%、97.75%、98.04%)显著比常规超声(84.21%、87.64%、90.19%)高(P <0.05)。结论:将速溶胃肠助显剂应用于胃溃疡与胃癌的超声诊断时,能显著提升诊断灵敏度、准确度、特异度,为临床确诊提供有力依据,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of instant gastrointestinal agents in the ultrasonic diagnosis of gastric ulcer and gastric carcinoma. Methods 89 digestive tract disease patients treated from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected. After the conventional ultrasonography, patients orally took 500 ml of instant gastrointestinal agents and then received the ultrasonography again. The diagnosis value of instant gastrointestinal agents was analyzed. Results The diagnosis sensitivity, accuracy and specificity after the medication of the agents(97.37%, 97.75%, 98.04%) was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasonography(84.21%, 87.64%, 90.19%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The instant gastrointestinal agents can remarkably increase the diagnosis sensitivity, accuracy and specificity and provide the basis on the clinical diagnosis. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
