研究128排螺旋CT三维重建技术应用于颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的:总结分析128排螺旋CT三维重建技术应用于颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法:选择2016年7月—2018年5月期间我院收治的232例颅内动脉瘤患者为研究对象,均接受颅脑部128排螺旋CT三维重建技术及DSA(数字减影血管造影)技术检查,观察两组检查方法检出颅内动脉瘤的情况。结果:(1)螺旋CT三维重建及DSA技术对颅内动脉瘤检出率分别为96.12%、98.28%,二者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(2)螺旋CT三维重建检出最大瘤体直径(5.2±0.6)mm,DSA检出最大瘤体直径平均(5.3±0.8)mm,二者差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3) CT扫描所用对比剂剂量(80.5±2.5)ml、检查用时(5.1±0.9)min、检查费用(1520.4±12.6)元均明显低于DSA,且差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:128排螺旋CT三维重建技术在颅内动脉瘤诊断中应用价值极高,值得推广使用。 Objective To summarize and analyze the diagnostic value of 128-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in intracranial aneurysms. Methods 232 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were selected as subjects. All patients were examined by three-dimensional reconstruction of 128-slice spiral CT and digital subtraction angiography(DSA). Results(1) The detection rates of intracranial aneurysms by spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and DSA were 96.12% and 98.28%, respectively(P > 0.05).(2) The maximum diameter of the tumor was(5.2±0.6) mm detected by spiral CT and(5.3±0.8) mm detected by DSA,(P > 0.05).(3) The dose(80.5±2.5)ml, time(5.1±0.9)min and cost(1520.4±12.6) of contrast medium used in CT scanning were significantly lower than those of DSA(P < 0.01).Conclusion 128-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms is of great value, it is worth popularizing.
