腰椎间盘突出MRI与CT诊断的应用价值分析

目的:探究分析腰椎间盘突出MRI与CT诊断的应用价值情况。方法:从2016年5月—2018年5月期间选取我院所收治的共计100名腰椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,将患者按照随机分配方式分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组人数共计50名,观察组人数50名,对照组采用CT检查方式进行,观察组采用MRI检查方式进行,对比两组患者在临床上的诊断效果,并且与最终手术结果进行对比和分析。结果:通过对比分析来看,MRI检查方式在临床上的检查效果要显著的高于CT检查方式,同时差异具有统计学意义。结论:在临床上针对腰椎间盘突出来说,通过MRI检查方式往往能够得到更高的检查效果,对于患者来说能够更好的结合实际的情况来进行诊断分析,并且有效的提升诊断效果。

Objective To investigate the application value of MRI and CT diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 18, 2016 were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The number of observation groups was 50. The control group was performed by CT examination. The observation group was performed by MRI. The clinical diagnosis of the two groups was compared and compared with the final operation results. Results By comparative analysis, the clinical examination results of MRI examination were significantly higher than those of CT examination, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the clinical aspect of lumbar disc herniation, MRI examination can often achieve higher examination results. It is better for patients to combine the actual situation for diagnosis and analysis, and effectively improve the diagnosis.
