观察影像科室护理管理对护士工作质量和病人满意度的影响

Observation of the effect of nursing management in imaging department on nursesundefined job quality and patient satisfaction

目的:探析优质护理管理模式对提高护理工作人员综合素质、工作能力的应用价值。方法:以本院实施优质护理管理模式前后各1年相关数据资料进行对比,对科室护士资料回顾性分析以归纳实施前后护士综合素质、工作能力差异。结果:落实优质护理管理后护士工作质量相关数据指标均得到明显改善且前后存在统计学意义(P <0.05);实施后患者对护理工作评分明显高于实施前,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:影像科室落实优质护理管理模式能为护理工作人员在工作质量方面提供良好保障,提高其专业素质、服务意识与质量,构建和谐护患氛围,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing management mode in improving the comprehensive quality and working ability of nursing staff. Methods Quality nursing management model was used in the department of nurses in our hospital since 2017. The nursesundefined data were analyzed retrospectively before and after implementation, and the differences of nursesundefined comprehensive quality and working ability were summarized.Results Compared with before implementation, the nursesundefined working ability, working quality and comprehensive ability had obvious superiority after the implementation of the quality nursing management model. There was statistical significance(P <0.05) and the score of nursing work after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The mode of quality nursing management for nurses can guarantee the quality of nursing better, have a positive effect on the professional quality and service quality of nurses, improve the satisfaction of patients, and have practical value for hospitals or nurses. It is worth popularizing.
