血管超声诊断下肢静脉血栓的应用效果评价

Evaluation of application of vascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity venous thrombosis

目的:探究血管超声诊断下肢静脉血栓的应用效果评价。方法:选取2017年8月—2018年8月间到我院选取治疗下肢静脉血栓的患者66例进行分析,采用随机数字表法将全部患者均分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用血管超声检查,对照组患者采用造影检查,对比两种诊断方式的诊断结果。结果:实验组下肢静脉血栓诊断准确率与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.2429,P=0.0394)。结论:血管超声诊断下肢静脉血栓在临床中具有较高的应用价值。

Objectivee To evaluate the application effect of vascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity venous thrombosis.. Methods Sixty-six patients who underwent venous thrombosis of lower extremity from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. All patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table. The experimental group was treated with vascular ultrasound. Results The diagnostic accuracy of lower extremity venous thrombosis in the experimental group was statistically significant compared with the control group(χ~2=4.2429, P=0.0394). Conclusionn Vascular ultrasound diagnosis of lower extremity venous thrombosis has a high clinical value.
