CICARE标准化沟通在放射科增强CT检查中的应用

Application of CICARE standardized communication in enhanced CT examination in radiology department

目的:研究探讨在放射科增强CT检查沟通中采用CICARE标准化沟通的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年3月在我院放射科接受增强CT检查的患者120例,随机将其分为两组,其中一组患者采取传统沟通模式设为传统组,另一组患者采取CICARE标准化沟通模式设为标准化组,每组各60例患者,对两组患者对增强检查知识掌握、配合检查效果、满意度等进行比较分析。结果:对比两组患者对增强CT检查知识掌握、配合检查效果、满意度等,两组患者经不同沟通模式进行沟通后,标准化组病患总体检查知识掌握率95%,传统组患者总体检查知识掌握率81.7%,标准化组患者总体检查知识掌握率明显高于传统组,配合检查效果明显优于传统组,满意度也是明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),结论:在放射科增强CT检查中采用CICARE标准化沟通,起到了较好的沟通效果,患者能更好的握增强检查相关知识及配合要点,提高了检查成功率,图像质量提高,满意度也明显提高,值得在放射科进行推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of CICARE standardized communication in the communication of enhanced CT examination in radiology. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent enhanced CT examination in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. One group of patients adopted the traditional communication mode as the traditional group and the other group. The CICARE standardized communication mode was adopted as the standardization group, and 60 patients in each group were compared and analyzed. The two groups of patients were compared and analyzed on the knowledge of the enhanced examination, the effect of the examination, and the satisfaction. The mastering rate was 81.7%. The mastering knowledge of the standardization group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group. The effect of the examination was significantly better than that of the traditional group, and the satisfaction was also significantly improved. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion In the radiology department CICARE standardized communication in enhanced CT examination has played a good communication effect. Patients can better grasp the relevant knowledge and coordination points of enhanced examination, improve the success rate of examination, improve image quality, and improve satisfaction.
