探究子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病的彩超影像的差异化分析

To explore the differential analysis of color Doppler ultrasonography images of uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis

目的:对子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病患者施以彩超影像检查,观察在影像中的差异化。方法:2017年7月—20172018年8月收治子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病患者200例,施以彩超检测80例,将此80例患者作为观察对象,对子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病影像学资料进行对比观察,观察血流量、搏动指数等指标。结果:彩超检测的子宫肌瘤患者,声像图检测发现,42例患者子宫均呈现不同程度体积增大,其中12例患者增大较为均匀,其余患者子宫增大不规则。子宫肌瘤患者肿块边界较为清晰,呈现不同程度的子宫内膜线偏移现象。彩超检测的子宫腺肌病患者,子宫体积呈现弥漫性增大迹象,子宫边界清晰度不足,22例患者呈现光点粗大现象。29例声像学显示为低回声,占据总人数的76.3%,9例患者呈现高回声声像,占据总人数的23.7%。彩色多普勒血流图像中,患者子宫病灶区域呈现少量的短条状及血流分布,其中血流显示较少。结论:彩超检测对子宫腺肌病及子宫肌瘤患者行检验,两种疾病显现出不同指标差异,为临床鉴别两种疾病具有重要意义。

Objective To observe the difference of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis. Methods From July 2017 to August 2018, 200 patients with uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis were treated. 80 patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography. The imaging data of uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis were compared and observed. Blood flow and pulsation index were observed. Results In 42 patients with uterine leiomyoma detected by color Doppler ultrasonography, the uterus volume of 42 patients increased in varying degrees. Among them, 12 patients enlarged more evenly, while the other patients enlarged irregularly. The margin of the mass in patients with uterine leiomyoma is clear, showing varying degrees of deviation of the endometrial line. In patients with adenomyosis detected by color Doppler ultrasonography, the uterine volume showed diffuse enlargement,the uterine boundary was not clear enough, and 22 patients showed the phenomenon of light spot coarsening. 29 cases showed hypoechoic, accounting for 76.3% of the total number. 9 cases showed hyperechoic, accounting for 23.7% of the total number. In color Doppler flow imaging, the uterine lesions showed a small amount of short strips and blood flow distribution, of which the blood flow showed less. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is used to detect adenomyosis and uterine leiomyoma. The two diseases show different indicators, which is of great significance for clinical identification of the two diseases.
