磁共振成像在预测颈椎脊髓损伤的神经功能预后中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析早期MRI成像在预测创伤性脊髓损伤预后中的作用。方法:回顾我院2010年1月—2017年12月期间住院治疗的49位创伤性颈椎脊髓损伤的患者的早期MRI数据与入院和6个月复查时ASIA评分等临床资料,统计分析不同MRI表现患者的的预后结果。结果:早期MRI表现为水肿型的患者,入院一周内和损伤后6个月的AISA评分存在显著性统计学差异;混合型及出血型的患者入院一周内和损伤后6个月的AISA评分未见显著的统计学差异。不大于2个节段损伤的患者,入院一周内和损伤后6个月AISA评分未见显著性统计学差异,同时与大于2个节段损伤的患者比较,在6个月时ASIA评分亦未见在统计学差异。结论:在颈椎创伤性脊髓损伤的患者中,MRI表现为水肿型的患者预后较好, MRI成像结合早期的神经功能评价,对颈椎脊髓损伤的患者预后的预测有一定指导意义。
