MRI影像在椎管内部占位诊断中的临床应用效果分析

目的:分析椎管内部占位临床诊断中MRI影像的应用效果。方法:选择我院于2017年1月—2018年9月期间收治的椎管内部占位性病变患者39例作为本次研究对象,回顾性分析39例患者的临床治疗资料,分析椎管内部占位临床诊断中MRI影像的应用效果。结果:椎管内部占位性病变病灶不同,MRI影响也十分迥异,但MRI影像可以参考患者椎管内部占位性病变的信号强度、具体病灶以及强化特征,进而有效明确髓内占位性病变、外地占位性病变。结论:椎管内部占位性病变临床诊断中,MRI影响具有较为可靠的影响价值,可以为患者病情的确诊与后期治疗提供有价值的参考依据。

Objective To analyze the application effect of MRI images in the clinical diagnosis of internal space occupying of spinal canal.Methods A total of 39 patients with internal space-occupying lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study.The clinical data of 39 patients were analyzed retrospectively.The application effect of MRI images in clinical diagnosis.Results The lesions in the internal space of the spinal canal were different,and the MRI effect was also very different.However,the MRI image can refer to the signal intensity,specific lesions and enhancement features of the internal space-occupying lesions of the patient,and effectively identify the intramedullary space-occupying lesions.,field occupying lesions.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of internal space occupying lesions,the influence of MRI has a relatively reliable value,which can provide a valuable reference for the diagnosis and post-treatment of patients.
