经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫切口妊娠的临床效果

Clinical effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy

目的:分析子宫切口妊娠采取经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值。方法:对我院2016年1月—2017年12月期间接收的76例子宫切口妊娠诊断患者分析,先后予以经阴道、经腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断,对不同检查方法对病理分型诊断的符合率,患者随机分组,对照组(38例,应用经腹彩色多普勒超声诊断)、研究组(38例,应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断),对纳入病例进行追踪随访,以术后病理诊断结果为金标准,对比两组诊断准确率。结果:研究组诊断准确率92.11%高于对照组73.68%,有统计学差异(P <0.05),应用经阴道超声在单纯妊娠囊型、混合包块型、蜂窝型中的诊断准确率均比经腹超声诊断准确率高,有差异性(P <0.05)。结论:子宫切口妊娠应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断,准确率高,值得广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.method 76 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were analyzed.They were diagnosed by transvaginal and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography,.and the diagnosis of pathological classification was performed by different examination.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(38 cases were diagnosed by transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography) and the study group(38 cases, diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound) followed up the included cases,and compared the diagnostic accuracy between the two groups based on the results of pathological diagnosis after operation.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the study group was 92.11% higher than that of the control group(73.68%,P < 0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in simple pregnancy cyst, mixed mass and honeycomb was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound(P < 0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has high accuracy and is worthy of wide application.
