核磁共振弥散加权成像在肺部肿瘤诊断中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究对肺部肿瘤应用核磁共振弥散加权成像的实际应用价值。方法:选择2016年3月—2018年6月期间本院接收的44例肺部肿瘤患者进行研究,均经手术病理证实有8例良性病变、8例鳞状细胞癌、7例小细胞癌、12例高分化腺癌、9例低分化腺癌。均予以核磁共振弥散加权成像诊断,对其诊断效能予以回顾性分析。结果:各病理类型在b值为0与600时的ADC值均显著高于b值为0与800、0与1000时的ADC值(P <0.05);各病理类型在b值为0与800时的ADC值均显著高于0与1000时的ADC值(P <0.05)。结论:对肺部肿瘤采取核磁共振弥散加权成像诊断,可准确鉴别肺部肿瘤类型,其灵敏度、特异度均高,值得大范围推广。 Objective To explore the practical application value of diffusion-weighted MRI in lung tumors.Methods from March 2016 to June 2018,44 patients with lung tumors were studied.The results showed that there were 8 cases of benign lesions,8 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,7 cases of small cell carcinoma,12 cases of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma and9 cases of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.All patients were diagnosed by diffusion-weighted MRI,and their diagnostic efficacy was analyzed retrospectively.Results The ADC values of b-values of 0 and 600 for each pathological type were significantly higher than those for b-values of 0 and 800,0 and 1000(P < 0.05);B-values were 0 and 800 for each pathological type.The ADC values were significantly higher than the ADC values at 0 and 1000(P < 0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of lung tumors by diffusion-weighted MRI can accurately identify the type of lung tumors,and its sensitivity and specificity are high,which is worthy of widespread promotion.
